How this works. Cartway is a daily-matching and haul-intelligence concept for a fragmented, light-asset goods market — trade with little or no warehouse, where supply and demand are re-surveyed every day (often by phone) and every order is a fresh match between a supplier and a buyer, plus the haul in between. The map, geography and every figure are invented and illustrative. Buyer demand is modelled as weighted daily-order density; a supplier can serve orders within its profitable haul reach, with a linear falloff to the edge. The agent re-surveys the day's board, then greedily searches available suppliers for the ones that cover the most unmatched orders without overlapping — lining up suppliers, each with a plain-language rationale and a score. The hero is the multi-stop haul: it plans an optimized loop from your yard across the selected stops (nearest-neighbour seed, improved by 2-opt), consolidating pickups and drops into one run and reporting how much shorter it is than one-by-one trips. Line up a supplier and the matched demand, the unmatched gap and the haul recompute live. The agent handles the simple lookups — new suppliers by product category, your own coverage from the CRM, demand spikes from weather or events, new sites coming online — but the confirming call and the relationship stay with your dispatchers; whole corners of this trade are years away from running end-to-end on their own. Everything runs on this page — no network, no map tiles.
